ICSID forms tribunal on Ahold Delhaize case against Serbia over profit margin cap

The World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) said it has formed a tribunal to process the arbitration claim filed by Netherlands-based grocery wholesaler and retailer Ahold Delhaize against Serbia over a government regulation that capped profit margins of large retailers for six months.
